A Few Ways That Your Home Can Save Water

by admin on May 29, 2008

Want to cut down on the water bill? Here is some water-saving technology for your house that will help you reach your water conservation goals:

1. Low flush toilets. They use much less water than a normal flush toilet, cutting it down to 1.6 gallons per flush as opposed to 7 gallons.

2. Low-flow shower heads. They are also called “energy-efficient shower heads” because they use less energy as well.

3. Wastewater reuse or recycling systems, which recycle wastewater through purification at a water treatment plant.
